摘要
本文主要论述图书馆在信息服务方面如何适应网络环境所带来的变革,发挥电子化、网络化的信息资源优势,采用先进技术手段,提高服务质量问题。
The paper mainly discusses how library adapts to the transform that was caused by network circumstance in information service,and gives full play to superiority of information resources in electron and network technology,adopts advanced technology means to improve service quality.
