摘要
采用带极堆焊的焊接方法对16MnR管板进行不锈钢堆焊,主要解决的问题是:选择正确的焊接材料和焊接工艺规范,使堆焊层焊缝组织为奥氏体加3~12%铁素体的双相组织,保证其耐腐蚀和抗裂性。另外还需制定合理的焊接措施,控制管板的焊接变形。
Resurfacing welding of 16MnR tube plate with strip electrode surfacing, it solved mainly is to choose the correct welding material and welding technology, structure of surface layer of weld metal should be austenite and 3~12% of ferrite, for insure performance of anticorrosion and hot cracking resistance. In order to control the welding deformation, make the proper welding sequence in addition.
