次级淋巴组织趋化因子在肿瘤治疗中的研究进展

摘要 次级淋巴组织趋化因子 (SLC)是体内重要的趋化因子 ,高表达于次级淋巴组织 ,通过与细胞表面受体结合 ,趋化并活化T淋巴细胞、天然杀伤细胞和树突状细胞等免疫效应细胞 ,在机体抗感染和抗肿瘤免疫中具有重要的调节作用。现综述SLC的生物学特性 。
