精确放疗中呼吸运动对肺部肿瘤靶区的影响与控制 被引量:25

摘要 精确放疗能够增加治疗增益比 ,提高了肺部肿瘤的局部控制率。然而 ,肺部肿瘤随呼吸运动是制约放疗剂量提高的主要因素之一 ,如何减少呼吸运动对精确放疗的影响 ,已经成为国内外研究的热点。
