学习型政党建设的两个基本问题

学习型政党作为一种党建模式,是指将“学习型组织”这一管理理论运用于党的组织建设中,在内部树立起新的学习理念,不仅重视学习,而且善于学习,形成浓郁的学习气氛,完善终身教育体系和机制,形成全员学习、团队学习、组织学习的局面,从而提高整个政党的群体能力。建设学习型政党,有利于提升执政理念,改变领导方式和执政方式,是新的历史条件下党建创新的有效途径。

Learning-style party,as an example of the party construction,means using'learning-style'organization theory into the Party organization construction,forming new mind of learning.All the members attach importance to learning so that the Party's leading ability is greatly inproved.It's a new and effective way in the new conditions to build the learning-style party.
