浅谈大学校园文化在大学生中的作用

大学校园文化是教师、大学生、管理者共同传承和创造的精神成果的总和,是大学区别于其他社会组织的重要象征,是一所大学赖以生存和发展的重要根基和不竭动力。校园文化在精神文明中的一个重要功能就是使集体意识取代个人观念,也是大学生适度的自我表现和情感宣泄的良好形式,使大家在紧张的文化学习之余,能体验到增长情绪,感到心情愉快、精力旺盛、思维敏捷、情绪高涨;使大学生的组织管理能力、社交能力、自主能力、创造能力以及各种非智力因素在不同程度上得以发挥;校园文化宽松、和谐、融洽、亲切的方法用来进行思想政治工作,往往有意想不到的效果。

Culture in a college campus,as the sum of spirits created and inherited together by teachers,students and administrators,is a symbol distinguishing a college from other social organizations,and supplies the college with basic motivations in its development.One of its important functions in the spiritual civilization is that it replaces individual mentality with collective spirit,and also it is a good form for the students to show themselevs off and to unbosom themselves properly.It bings into full play the students' organizing ,communicating,self-controlling and creating abilities as well as their various non-intellectual elements.It is able to make college students feel relaxed,energetic,active,smart and enthusiastic after hard studies.By means of its free,harmonious,kind characteristics,it tends to obtain an unexpected effect in undertaking mental policical education.
