摘要
本文针对我国高校教师薪酬制度的现状,分析了其在公平性和激励性方面存在的弊端,进而提出了改革现存薪酬制度的突破口,探索和研究新形势下适合高校发展和教师特点的薪酬体系。
According to the current status of faculty compensation system in our country, this paper analyses the disadvantages of equity and prompting in this system,then gives a reformational solution which explores and researches a new compensation system suitable to the university development and teachers'characteristic in new situation.
