摘要
随着房地产市场进入买方市场时代,房地产营销中引入CS战略已成为必要。本文首先讨论了CS战略导入房地产营销的必要性,然后论述了房地产企业导入CS战略的重点,并给出了CS战略在房地产营销中具体运用时的几项原则。
It is very necessary for estate marketing to introduce CS strategies in the times of estate market coming into buyer market.The paper firstly discusses the necessity of CS strategies,then the importance of it,finally introduces several rules used in estate marketing.
