当埋地光缆靠近高压电力设备接地网的敏感区域时,埋地通信光缆的安全性已经引起人们的关注,有关地电位升对光缆影响程度及工程中采取防护措施等技术问题需要分析和探讨,本文提供了一些建议供实际参考。
The safety of buried optical fiber cables has been paid close attention specially when it is near the ground grid of high-voltage equipment.The analysis of the effects of potential increases and some methods are required.Some advice are supplied for application.
