摘要
研究了含铝量不同的五种高铝锌基合金的组织和性能以及温度对力学性能的影响。从差示扫描量热分析和显微组织得出,作为模具材料,2A40具有较好的综合性能,2A50具有优良的高温性能。
The mechanical properties and microstructures of five different Al- content Zn- based alloys were studied. According to the results of DSC analysis and microstructure analysis, the results show that the 2A40 exceed other experimental alloys in comprehensive properties as mold- making materiale, and the 2A50 is excellent in high- temperatare.
