摘要
构建的基于代理机制的模具工艺分析系统是模具工作流管理系统的一个组成部分。该系统可以针对每个模具型腔具体几何特征进行分析,利用模糊算法完成模具型腔典型工艺的模糊推理;在动态联盟内进行可利用资源搜索,以确定每个特征可以采用的加工方法和加工设备;能够为模具优化调度代理提供必要的参数,在联盟内实现基于CORBA的分布式模具工艺调度。
A mold technologic analysis system base on agent theory is developed. This agent is a part of the mold workflow management system. Basing on the theory of blurry illation, the algorithm completes the analysis for geometric features of mold cavity part. It works out the machining method and machining equipment for every feature. It can search the whole dynamic alliance for useable resource. The system can present data information for need of the mold manufacturing schedule agent. It adopted CORBA technology to submit the request to the schedule agent and obtain response from it.
