摘要
介绍了燃气冲击波吹灰器的清灰原理和吹灰器改造方案及其特点,成功地解决了冲击波吹灰器在高温烟气区燃气的自燃和受热面安全等关键技术问题。该清灰技术具有性能可靠、维护方便、投资少的特点,可大幅度降低排烟温度,提高锅炉热效率,具有显著的节能效果。
This paper introduces the base principle of Shock wave Soot-blower, and the characteristics of Soot-blower alteration.The Soot-blower alteration has solved the main technology problems, such as gas self-ignite in higher temperature area and the safe of boiler tube successfully. This technology has been successfully applied in utility boiler soot-blower, features reliable performance, easy maintenance, low initial investment, greatly reducing flue gas temperature, and increased boiler thermal efficiency, with remarkable energy saving benefit gained.
