摘要
介绍了一种调度自动化远程监控与维护系统。该系统以开放式iES500平台为依托,集SCADA、PAS功能于一体并结合济南电网实际情况,实现了状态估计、调度员潮流、负荷预测等功能,为济南电网调度向经济调度、安全调度的方向发展奠定了坚实的基础。
This paper describes the development and application of the long-range monitoring and maintaining system of the dispatching automation. Based on the iES500 platform and combining with the actual condition of Jinan Power Grid, this system merges SCADA system and PAS system into an organic whole and realizes the state estimating, power flow, loads forecasting and other functions, laying a solid foundation for safe and economical dispatching.
