摘要
In order to help and instruct enterprises of food manufacture to establish and implement the management system of HACCP, and to solve the new problems appearing in the process of establishment, application, implementation, assessment and certification of HACCP system, CNCA (Certification and Accreditation Administration of China) hosted the Third Workshop for HACCP Application and Certification on Nov. 5th in Beijing. Before the workshop, CNCA collected theses from related departments and organizations. Reviewed by experts, 7 of the theses were discussed at the conference. President of "Global Food Safety Initiative" (GFSI) Mr. Chris Anstey, Doctor Battaglia, Ms Mar Jan and five domestic experts of HACCP were invited to attend the conference and to draw addresses.
