工艺管线双壁单投影透照焦距及透照次数的选择

The options at the times and the focus-to-film distance of radiographic in the twin-walled and single projection of the craft pipelines

摘要 在实际工作中常遇到管廊工艺管线多条管线在一起检测的情况,管线间距离较小,检测仪器架设较为困难。采用双壁单投影短焦距进行管焊缝检测,可以保证检测质量及底片质量。 We often meet the circumstance that several pipelines among the craft pipelines of pipe gallery are detected together during actual detection. The distance between the pipelines is smaller , so it is difficult for detecting instrument to be spanned. We can ensure the quality of detecting and negative when adopting the approach of the twin-walled and single projection short focus-to-distance to detect the weldingline of the pipe.
