This paper,analysing the network's positive and negative effect on the college students,probes into the countermeasures of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in network times,including occupying the position of network;reforming“two-subject”teaching;carrying out network education and legal education;raising college students' information discrimination;strengthening the construcation of civilization in campus and the supervisory mechanism of network.
