坚持和完善党委领导下的校长负责制 进一步提高领导班子的执政能力

党的十六届四中全会第一次把科学执政、民主执政、依法执政,作为执政党建设的目标之一鲜明地提到全党面前。作为高校的领导班子,要提高自身的执政能力,就必须以科学发展观和党的十六届四中全会精神为指导,进一步坚持和完善党委领导下的校长负责制。
