摘要
新闻自由作为人类共同争取的政治文明成果,是宪法保障的一项基本权利且有别于公民个人所享有的自由,必须结合一定的法律制度才能认识其本质,厘清其界限。新闻自由具体包括创办新闻媒体的自由权利、知晓采访的自由权利、发表报道的自由权利、保护新闻来源的自由权利、答辩和更正的自由权利等,各国关于新闻自由保障的理论实践为我国新闻自由保障提供了一定的借鉴意义。
Freedom of news,as political civilization result that was obtained by human being,is a fundamental right and it is different from citizen's personal rights.We must recognize its nature by connecting law system to know their difference.Freedom of news includes rights of freedom to create news media,rights of freedom to know interview,rights of freedom to carry report,rights of freedom to protect news resources,rights of freedom to reply and make corrections.The theories of protecting freedom from other countries of news give us a reference meaning for protecting our country's freedom of news.
