充分发挥高校图书馆育人功能的思考

高校图书馆在完成高校肩负的培养高等专门人才的使命中担当重要的角色。要充分发挥高校图书馆的育人功能,须做好以下方面的工作:一是要做好图书期刊的采集和借阅工作,发挥良书、良刊的育人功能;二是要创造优美的图书馆内外环境,发挥环境的教化功能;三是要提供优质服务,发挥馆员潜移默化的教育功能。

Library in colleges and universities plays an important role in training talents.To give full play to function of educating talents,library must do the following work:firstly,to achieve the work of collecting books,perjodical and lending to give full play to training funotion of good book and periodical;secondly,to create perfect surroundings of library to make full use of its teaching function ;thirdly,to provide good service and the librarians' education function.
