摘要
研究了火花原子发射光谱法测定钢中超低C、N、P和S的试验技术,对影响分析结果准确度和精度的因素进行了探讨。试验测试了C、N、P和S的检测限和背景等效浓度,并进行了精度测试、准确度验证,同时还比较了用超低CNPS工作曲线和常规含氮工作曲线对低碳和低氮精度和准确度的影响。试验结果表明本法准确、可靠,实现了用火花源原子发射光谱仪对钢中超低C、N、P和S的快速、准确度的影响。试验结果表明本法准确、可靠,实现了用火花源原子发射光谱仪对钢中超低C、N、P和S的快速、准确的测定,满足了工艺生产的在线控制。
An experimental technique for the determination of ultra low C, N, P and S in steel by SSAES (Spark Source Atomic Emission Spectrometry) is studied, and factors affecting the precision and accuracy of analysis results are discussed. The limits of determination and background equivalent concentration are tested, and the precision and accuracy are verified. Meanwhile, the effects of CNPS and common calibration curves with N on ultra low C and N analysis are compared. The experimental results indicate that this method can realize fast, accurate and reliable determination of ultra low C, N, P and S in steel, satisfying online control requirements in process production.
