干熄焦系统国产化设备的操作在行业内还是空白,合理的操作制度是确保整个烘炉开工过程顺利进行的主要保证。本文根据马钢煤焦化公司摸索的开工经验,重点介绍了马钢第一套国产化干熄焦系统开工的前后的关键操作及工艺参数。为国内在建的干熄焦提供一些有价值的参考。

The operation of domestically-made CDQ equipment is still new in the industry, and suitable rules of operation are the bases for the successful baking and start-up of the CDQ oven. In the paper, the key operations and process parameters in the start-up of the first domestically-made CDQ system in Masteel are introduced, based on the experience gained by Masteel Coal-coking Company. It is hoped that the paper will provide some valuable reference for new domestic CDQ ovens under construction.
