Information technology——a booster to develop foreign trade in the minority concentrated area of Sichuan

四川特色资源富集的民族地区,对外贸易面临着地理和空间的巨大障碍,实现资源优势向经济优势转变面临巨大挑战。在充分认识信息技术对国际贸易积极影响的基础上,辩证分析了四川民族地区对外贸易利用信息技术的有力条件和制约因素,并在加快信息基础设施建设、大力推动企业信息化建设、积极推进信息技术的深入应用、加大信息和外贸专业人才培养力度等方面提出了发展对外贸易的具体对策建议。

In the minority concentrated area of Sichuan,which is rich in characteristic resources,foreign trade is facing a huge obstacle in geology and space,and the transition from resource advantage to economic advantage is facing an enormous challenge.The paper first fully analyzes the active influence of information technology on international trade,and the advantageous condition and restriction factors of using information technology in the foreign trade in the minority concentrated area of Sichuan.At last,the paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions in detail in aspects of speeding up building of information infrastructures,promoting informatization building of enterprise and further application of information technology,and strengthening talents culture in information and foreign trade specialties.
