摘要 从现实的系统分析出发:政府领导教育的方向、干预高考,学校是考试政策的执行者,社会(家长公众)要求公平竞争。其问题的焦点是——“考分公平”与素质教育(或人性)的矛盾,这是一个社会发展阶段论的范畴。高考是一个复杂的系统性问题,它的解决仰仗公众的心理文化、社会发展的经济水平等等。这里隐含着这样的一个现实逻辑:公众总是抱着“分数面前人人平等”的标准(尽管智力分数并不就是人的平等);这个分数平等或公平的背后是竞争。于是,在必须通过分数线才能步入大学的制度下,公平导致了残酷的应试教育。 According to the realistic systematic analysis,the government estab- lishes the direction of education and intervenes the University Entrance Exami- nation.Schools are the executants who carry out the policies of examinations. Meanwhile,the society (i.e.the public of parents) demands impartiality.The focus on this issue is the conflict,which is a category of the stage theory of society development,between the impartiality of scores and the ability oriented educa- tion.That the University Entrance Examination is a complicated systematic prob- lem to be solved which depends on many factors,such as the psychological cul- ture of public,the economic level of social development.It implies a realistic logic that the public always insists the standard—everyone is equal at the scores—although it doesn't mean the equality of human;the competition hidden behind such equality stimulates the students to study like ascetic.As a result,under this system which the students should reach a score of admission cut-offs to enter the university,the so-called impartiality distorting the humanity cause the cruel and inhumanity examination oriented education.
