摘要
设计了接触平面法向振动的静摩擦系数测定实验台,分别进行了平面摩擦副干摩擦时振动条件下的不同材料(45#钢、QT80-2、HT35-61)、不同加工方法(铣削、磨削)、不同表面粗糙度、不同激振振幅、不同激振频率、不同激振波形等情况的静摩擦系数测量,最后给出了各种影响因素对静摩擦系数的影响关系。
In this paper an experimental device for measuring the equivalent static coefficient of friction in the condition of vibration in the perpendicular direction to the plane of contact was designed. In the dry friction condition, experiments were performed with this device to measure the equivalent static coefficient of friction for three kinds of material (45#steel, QT80-2, HT35-61), the different processing method (milling, grinding), the different surface roughness, the different amplitude, the different frequency and the different waveform, respectively. Finally, the relation between the equivalent static coefficient of friction and the influential factors is showed.
