摘要
研究解决了设计及误差的多体系统运动学模型的建立问题,推导出数控机床通用误差描述方程和通用精密加工条件方程,提出不定参量条件下的逆变数控指令值的计算机自动求解方法,将多体系统运动学理论与面向对象的程序设计方法完美结合。
The kinematics modeling problems of multi-body system when movement errors are considered was solved.An universal condition equation of precision m achining for any kinds of CNC machine is deduced.Focusing on the solving proble m of uncertain variables equation groups,the inverse kinematics solving method of precision NC instruction base on coefficient matrix constructing is created. The kinematics theory of multi-body system is combined perfectly with NC machine error compensation modeling through object-oriented program designing method.
