摘要
选择In718作为中间合金,采取SN比试验设计,对TiAl金属间化合物与42CrMo的“三体”摩擦焊接工艺规范进行了优化。通过工艺参数作用和接头强韧化规律的分析,研究了TiAl金属间化合物的摩擦焊接成形控制方法。
Choosing In718 as intermediate alloy and using S/N experimental design, 'three-body' friction welding parameters of TiAl intermetallic compound to 42CrMo have been optimized. The control character of friction welding of Gamma Titanium Aluminum intermetallic compound was studied through analyzing parameters, intensity and toughness of joints.
