摘要
推进建筑节能、发展绿色建筑是实施中国能源战略的关键环节。针对我国建筑节能和供热改革的发展,分析了建筑节能及供热节能存在的问题,提出了供热改革的措施,为今后的发展提出一些可行性建议。
It is key question of executing Chinese energy source stratagem for advancing building energy efficiency and developing green building. The questions of building energy efficiency and heating energy-saving are discussed. The measures of heating reform and development of feasibility suggestions are propounded.
