某电子加工车间净化空调系统新增加湿系统测试情况

The Testing of Newly Added Humidifying System in Certain Electronic Processing Workshop Cleaning Air Conditioning System

该电子加工车间面积1080m2,风量90000m3/h,人员100￣250人,洁净等级(N)为6级,生产VCD配件,改造前车间每年11月至下一年3月份相对湿度仅20%￣40%,经增加新风加湿系统,采用湿膜饮用水进行加湿。经测试,车间湿度达到45%￣55%,达到设计使用要求。

This workshop, with area 1 080m2, airflow 90 000m3/h, personnel 100~250, and the cleaning grade(N)6, produce VCD fittings. Before the improvement, the workshop relative humidity from Nov to next March is only about 20%~40% every year. After adding new wind humidifying system and humidifying with wet film drinking water, the testing showed the workshop humidity 45%~55%, which can meet the requirement.
