摘要
通过分析气象数据采集系统的功能需求,确定高精度温湿度智能传感系统总体设计方案,介绍系统的软硬件设计与实现。系统以低功耗LPC1768为主控芯片,配合低功耗、16位串行模数转换芯片AD7792以及低功耗、物理层收发器KSZ8041NL等实现基于以太网的高精度测量、自动采集和实时处理等功能,与现有气象数据采集器相比,具有体积小、功耗低、组网灵活和测量精度高等特点。实验结果表明,高精度智能传感器工作稳定,绝对测量误差在0.06℃内。
The scheme of the high-precision temperature and humidity's intelligent sensor system is determined by the analysis of the functional requirements for meteorological data acquisition system. The overall scheme and the realization of the hardware and software system are introduced in this paper. To realize the function of high-accuracy measurement, automatic collection and real-time processing which is based on the Ethernet, we choose the main control chip which is LPC1768 with the low-power consumption, the 16-bit serial analog-digital converter chip AD7792 with low power consumption, and physical transceiver KSZ8041NL with low power consumption. It compared with existing meteorological data acquisition equipmentThe test results show that the high-precision intelligent sensor is stable and the absolute measure error of high-precision intelligent sensor is less than 0.06℃.
