Mr.Qigong and the Cultivation of Teachers Professional Ethics

"学为人师,行为世范"是北师大的校训,启功先生身体力行,为教师树立了榜样。在当前形势下,要以弘扬启功先生的高尚师德为载体,从更新教育观念、加强师德建设的领导、建立健全师德规范、强化师德教育、树立先进典型、切实解决师德建设中的突出问题、加强大学文化建设、关心教师切身利益等方面努力,进一步提高师德建设水平。

The school motto of Beijing Normal University goes:'teachers should be role models both in learning and behaviors for students and common people'.Mr.Qigong followed the motto,and set a good example for all teachers.Under current consequences, a further improvement in the cultivation of teachers professional ethics should be made in the aspects of renewing education ideas,emphasizing the cultivation of teachers professional ethics,establishing and improving teachers professional ethics regulations,reinforcing teachers professional ethics education and the cultivation of college cultures,setting good examples, solving the typical problems in the cultivation of teachers morality virtually,caring about the immediate concern to teachers on the basis of keeping up Mr.Qigong's noble morality.
