摘要
高校内部控制制度是高校内部各种形式管理控制制度的总称。本文就高校建立内部控制制度的目的,建立内部控制制度的原则,内部控制制度应包含的基本内容及保证内部控制制度实施的主要措施等方面进行论述。
Various forms of management regulation in college can be called College Internal Control Regulations.The intention, principle,basic content and measures of College Internal Control Regulations are discussed in this article.
