It is hard to deal with diabetes combined with acute upper digestive tract hemorrhage in perioperative period.If the treatment in perioperative period can be managed rightly,the safety of operation will be ensured and survival rate of patients will increase.In this experiment,twenty patients have passed the perioperative period successfully.We have an good result through effectively controlling the blood glucose,lightening the burden of important organs,reducing the range of operation and preventing the present of water and electrolyte disorders and other complications.
