摘要
介绍了江苏电信综合结算系统的功能定位、实现方案,对该系统能够为其他部门提供哪些统计、清单数据及如何利用该系统来监控网间互联互通中的违规行为进行了分析。综合结算系统对于支撑起中国电信“创造服务先机、实施品牌领先战略”的企业发展战略具有非常重要的意义。
The function and the implementation schemes of Jiangsu telecom settlement system are introduced in this paper.Meanwhile,what kind of statistic data and list data it can present is discussed.How to monitor the illegal behaviors in inter-networking is also analyzed.This system is very important to 'Creating the first chance in service,reinforcing the leading position in brand'—the enterprise development strategy of China Telecom.
