摘要
本文从21世纪人才培养、护理事业发展和护理人文教育创新三个方面阐述了《护士人文修养》教材编写的目的和意义,介绍了本教材的指导思想、编写原则和编写特点,并在教学内容、教学方式、师资配置和考核形式等方面,对本教材的使用提出了建议。
In this article,the reason and purpose of writing this teaching material of Nurses' humanistic culture were described from three profiles including the culture of professional personal in the 21st century,the development of nursing and nursing humanistic education.The writing philosophy,principles and characteristics of this book were introduced and advices were given in the fields of leaching contents,teaching manner,arrangement of teachers and examination settings.
