新时期“五年一贯制”大专生班主任工作的问题与对策

Problems concerning works of college student supervisor in the term of five-year system and countermeasures

近几年来,随着教育改革的不断深入,招收"五年一贯制"大专生逐年增加。"五年一贯制"大专生与普通大专生不同,他们年龄小,能力差,问题多,班主任工作面临新的考验。笔者就新时期班主任工作面临的问题作一分析,并提出若干对策,与同道共同探讨。

with the development of educational reforms,the numbers of the five-year system students increased year by year. Compared to common students,these students have some disadvantages in the age and ability.The student supervisors have to face new challenges arising from these disadvantages.The author analyzed the problems and presented some countermeasures in this article.
