摘要
目的:了解护生对职业危害的认知和防护知识的掌握情况。方法:采用问卷法对120名护理本科生进行调查分析。结果:护理本科生认为护理职业危害因素从强到弱依次为生物因素,心理、生理因素,理化因素。结论:加强对护生、临床带教老师的职业安全教育;改善医疗器具、完善防护措施是减少护理人员职业损伤的有效途径。
[Objective]Learn the consciousness and protecting knowledge about occupational risk among nurses.[Method] Conduct a test to 120 nursing major undergraduates.[Result]Biological.psychological,physical and physical chemistry factors consist of occupational hazards.[Conclusion]Measures including occupational safety education among teachers and students and improvement of medical devices are essential to decrease the occupational injuries of nurses.
