摘要
本文主要对生活于盐碱水域(达里诺尔湖)和淡水水域(岗更湖)中的瓦氏雅罗鱼血清激素皮质醇、催乳素、生长激素、甲状腺素和三碘甲状腺原氨酸的比较研究。结果表明,皮质醇、催乳素差异极显著(P<0.01),甲状腺素和三碘甲状腺原氨酸差异显著(P>0.05),说明当鱼体处于不同盐碱度的湖水中时,是通过5种激素协同作用,共同调节渗透压以适应盐水环境,其中皮质醇、催乳素对渗透压调控起主要作用。
This paper studied on serum hormone cortisol prolactin growth hormone thyroxine and three-triiodothyronine of Leuciscus waleckii that live in salt water(Dalinor-Lake) and fresh waters(ganggeng-lake).The results showed that cortisol and prolactin were significantly different(P0.01),thyroxine and three-triiodothyronine significant differences(P0.05),that when the fish at different salinity of the lake through five kinds of hormones synergy in the regulation of osmotic pressure to adapt to salt water environment.However Cortisol and prolactin play a major role on osmotic regulation.
