摘要
市民社会在西方是一个传统的概念,市民社会和现实的社会政治结构是完全不同的制度模式。欧洲王室与教会权力的分散化、多元化,在西欧市民社会得以发展壮大的过程中起着关键性的作用,没有这个特殊的外部环境,西欧市民社会的发展壮大是不可能的。
Civil Society is a traditional concept in the west. It has completely different system mode from the real social politic construction. The decentralization and versatility of the power between European royalty and the church have played a crucial function in the course of the development that European Civil Society has. Without this unique environment, Civil Society wouldn’t get develop and grant.
