摘要
激励理论是组织管理理论的重要组成部分,在当前,高校管理者应学习、掌握和应用激励理论,调动教职工的积极性,更好地完成教学科研任务,为社会培养高层次人才,实现“科教兴国”战略。
The theory of stimulation is an importance part of organization management theory .At the present, the managers of the universities should study, grasp and apply the theory of stimulation, arouse the activity of the teachers and officers , completing betterly the mission of teaching and researching, trainimg for the society high a talented persons, realizing ' make the country strong by teaching and researching ' strategy.
