胡杨根际土壤化感物质成分分析

COMPOSITION ANALYSIS OF SOIL ALLELOCHEMICALS IN POPULUS EUPHRATICA RHIZOSPHERE

用气象色谱-质谱联用仪(GC/MS)对胡杨根际土壤浸提液进行了检测分析。检测分离到41种物质,对其中36种进行了鉴定,主要为酸、酯、烷、醛、酮、醇、酰胺及酚类等有机化合物,其中包含一些曾经被报道过的化感物质。用峰面积归一化法确定了这些物质的相对含量,其中酸、醇、脂类的相对含量较高。这些物质可能来源于胡杨的根系分泌。其中一些物质具有较为重要的生态学意义,另外一些物质可能在胡杨的根际营养中起着重要作用。对这些物质的发生作用机制有待于进一步的深入研究。

Leaching solution of Populus euphratica rhizosphere soil was been tested in use of meteorological chromatography a mass spectrometry（GC/MS）.Detecting 41 substance from leaching solution,36 of these were identified,mainly for acid,esters,aldehydes,ketones,alcohol,amide and phenols.Some of allelochemicals had been reported.And peak area normalization method is used to determine the relative content of these substances,acid,alcohol and glycol were relatively high content.These substances originated from the secretions of P.euphratica roots.Some of the material were important ecological significance,and some other substances played important roles in the roots nutrition of P.euphratica.The function of allelochemicals would be further research.
