摘要
目前国内外探讨学生动机的文章及研究很多,但大多数的研究强调动机的分类及动机对学生学习成绩的影响方面,本文探讨了动机的能动性,并且对影响学生学习动机的课堂因素,即教师层面、材料层面、方法、课堂气氛及考试进行了探讨和分析,并对如何提高外语学生的学习动机提出了建议。
Motivation has been studied both in home and abroad, however most researches emphasized on the linear, causal relationship between motivation and achievement. This paper, while discussing the dynamic features of motivation, focuses on the classroom factors influencing students' motivation, namely: the teacher, material, approach, classroom climate, and examination. This article analyzes these factors and provides some suggestions to highly motivate students in language classroom.
