野生蔬菜地笋的染色体核型分析

KARYOTYPE ANALYSIS OF WILD VEGETABLE BAMBOO SHOOTS

运用常规的根尖细胞压片法,对地笋的染色体核型进行了研究。结果表明:地笋染色体核型公式为2n=2x=30=18m(SAT)+10sm+2T,染色体基数x=15,其中一对有随体,一对为端部着丝点染色体。染色体相对长度组成为2n=30=6L+12M2+6M1+6S,为二倍体植物。核型类型为2C。

Karyotype Analysis of Wild Vegetable Bamboo ShootsThe conventional method of pressure root-tip cells was used to analyze the chromosome number and karyotype of bamboo shoots.The results showed that the karyotype formula of bamboo shoots was 2n=2x=30=18m（SAT）＋10sm＋2T,and the chromosome base was x=15,and one pair with satellite,and one pair was telocentric chromosome.And the relative length of chromosome was 2n=30=6L＋12M2＋6M1＋6S,and it belonged to diploid plant.The karyotype type was 2C.
