摘要
利用从环境中分离筛选得到的一株放线菌DG-6对风化煤进行降解,以风化煤的降解率、腐植酸含量为考察指标,通过正交试验,对影响菌株DG-6降解风化煤过程的4个主要因素---降解温度、接种量、降解时间、培养基pH值进行了优化试验研究。结果表明:4个主要因素的显著性从大到小顺序为:降解温度、降解时间、接种量、培养基初始pH。最优工艺参数组合为:降解温度30℃、接种量18%、降解时间9d、值为7.0,此条件下菌株DG-6对风化煤的最大降解率为29.28%。
Weathered coal was degraded by a strain of actinomycete DG-6 isolated from environment,the four main factors: degradation temperature,degradation time,,inoculation quantity and initial medium pH affecting degradation of weathered coal by strain of actinomycete DG-6 were optimized through orthogonal experiment based on degradation rate and humic acid content.The results showed that: the four main factors order based on significant effect were : degradation temperature degradation time inoculation quantity initial medium pH.The optimal technical parameter combination was: degradation temperature 30 ℃,inoculation quantity 18%,degradation time 9 days,pH7.0,in this conditions optimal degradation rate of weathered coal by strains DG-6 was 29.28%.
