电站锅炉对流过热器的热力计算及仿真 被引量:3

THERMODYNAMIC CALCULATION AND SIMULATION OF BOILER' S SUPERHEATER CONVECTION IN THE PLANT

摘要 锅炉热力计算是锅炉设计和改造的1项重要工作。随着计算机应用,许多锅炉厂家开发了锅炉热力计算程序,但是,这些程序不通用。本文在分析锅炉热力计算现状和热力计算软件基础上,针对锅炉对流过热器的热力计算进行归纳、总结和简化,利用MATLAB语言设计出对流过热器热力计算程序。应用该程序对呼和浩特电厂HG-670/13.7-YM13锅炉进行仿真分析,结果表明该仿真软件具备校核对流过热器热力计算以及对运行中煤种具备选择的功能。 Boiler thermal calculation is necessary to design and transform boiler.With the computers application,there are many boiler manufacturers to developed computer programs of boiler thermal calculation,but those programs can not be used,widely.By analyzing、 summarizing and simplifying current boilers thermal calculation and thermal programs,the superheater convection thermal calculation of the simulation software is design in MATLAB,and it is used in the procedures of Hohhot HG-670/13.7-YM13 boiler plant simulation analysis.The results show that the simulation software can check the superheater convection thermal calculation,and it has the function of the choice of coal in the operation.
