文冠果籽油制备生物柴油的工艺研究 被引量:13

摘要 本文首先测定了文冠果籽油的密度、酸值、皂化值和分子量,并研究了文冠果籽油在NaOH催化作用下与甲醇反应制备生物柴油的工艺条件,考察了醇油摩尔比、催化剂用量和反应温度等条件对反应的影响。实验结果表明该反应较适宜的条件为:反应温度60℃、醇油摩尔比6:1、催化剂用量为原料油质量的1%。对文冠果籽油生物柴油进行了红外光谱分析和性能指标进行了考察,其主要性能指标与我国0#柴油相接近。 The density、acid value、saponification value and molecular weight of Xanthoceras sorbiflia Bunge seeds oil were determined and the technical terms of producing biodiesel by Xanthoceras sorbiflia Bunge seeds oil through esterification with methanol under the catalization of NaOH were investigated,the reaction time 60min,the operation variables used were molar ratio of methanol to oil,catalyst concentration,and temperature;The experimental results indicated that the most favorable reaction conditions are as follows:reaction temperature at 60℃,molar ratio of oil to methanol 1:6,catalyst amount approximately1wt.% compared to Xanthoceras sorbiflia Bunge seeds oil.Biodiesel made by Xanthoceras sorbiflia Bunge seeds oil are analyzed by Infrared spectrum,main properties of biodiesel obtained are examined which are shown to be well confirming to that of diesel 0#,the biodiesel has very similar properties to diesel 0# in China.
