摘要
经"实践八号"卫星搭载蒙农杂种冰草种子(Agropyron cristatum×A.desertorum cv.Mengnong),播种后当代出现了矮化突变株。本文利用聚丙稀酰胺凝胶电泳技术对开花期叶片进行过氧化物同工酶和酯酶同工酶进行了分析,结果表明:太空诱变后矮化突变株,过氧化物酶谱带减少,酯酶谱带数增加,酶活性明显增强或减弱。太空诱变影响了蒙农杂种冰草开花期的细胞生理代谢。
The seeds of Agropyron cristatum×A.desertorum cv.Mengnong were loaded by Shijian 8 Satellite,dwarf plant appeared in first year of planting.In this paper,POD and EST isoenzymes of leaves in flower period were analyzed by SDS-PAGE.The results showed: band number of POD and EST isoenzymes were decreased and increased of dwarf plant by space induced,respectively.enzyme activity was significantly enhanced and weakened.physiological metabolism of plants in flower period of Agropyron cristatum×A.desertorum cv.Mengnong were influenced by space induced.
