木耳杂交菌株对绿色木霉菌的抗性测定

Resistance Determination of Auricularia auricula-judae Hybrids to Trichoderma vider

木耳(Auricularia auricula-judae)在菌丝体阶段极易感染绿色木霉(Trichoderma vider)等多种杂菌。本研究以木耳176个杂交子为供试菌株,采用木耳与绿色木霉菌丝体对峙培养,发酵液相互抑制菌丝体生长,以及调查木耳菌袋田间污染率,比较了杂交子抗绿色木霉的能力,初步建立了木耳抗霉菌污染能力的技术体系。

Auricularia auricula-judae was vulnerable to the infection ofTrichoderma vider and other molds in mycelial stages.In this study,176 Auricularia auricula-judae hybrids were used as tested strains,by confrontation culture and mycelia inhibiting growth of broth each other and investigating the contamination rate of the field sawdust bag,the ability of hybrid strains with resistance to Trichoderma vider was compared.A technical system was established preliminary to identify the capacity of anti-mold contamination of A.auricula-judae
