基于CAFTA的广西高校经济信息人才培养模式的创新途径

摘要 经济信息人才培养是加快中国—东盟自由贸易区(CAFTA)发展的首要任务。中国—东盟自由贸易区发展进程的加快,对经济信息人才提出了新的要求。针对广西高校经济信息人才培养目标定位不明确、课程体系缺乏区域和国际特色、人才培养模式单一、师资队伍匮乏等问题,提出建设广西经济信息人才培养高地、构建"工学结合"人才培养模式、推广国内外互动与校企联合的新型办学方式、设置体现中国—东盟区域特色的课程体系、打造实战经验与理论水平相得益彰的师资队伍、创造有利于强化学生职业能力培养的教学方法等策略和途径。 Economic information talents are of the first priority among all the human resources for speeding up CAFTA development.The acceleration of CAFTA presents a new requirement for economic information talents.There are still some problems in cultivation models for economic information talents in Guangxi-based colleges,such as lack of features in curriculum system,insufficient teacher resources,monotonous cultivation modes and traditional teaching models.Accordingly,the inherent demand of economic information talents should be innovated in combination with CAFTA.Namely,it is suggested that work-study combination cultivation models should be constructed,that new school-running modes for domestic and international college interaction and college-enterprise cooperation be popularized,and that curriculum system with ASEAN characteristics and in line with the demand of CAFTA be developed.
