摘要
低温等离子体是一种处理VOC s的高新技术,着重介绍低温等离子体技术及其在处理VOCs中的现状和优势,指出完善技术机理、优化设备参数、降低能耗、开发大型处理设备是今后研究的方向。
The paper described the status of the VOCs treatment,the theory and advantages of cold plasma in treating VOCS.It also pointed out that it was necessary to develop this technology,especially to produce the commercial products.It predicted some aspects of study in future,such as further study on the mechanism,optimizing the parameter,decreasing the energy consumption and the appropriate device for industry.
