Fe^(2+)/Fe^(3+)氧化还原系统预处理色酚废水的试验

摘要 介绍了采用Fe2+/Fe3+氧化还原系统对色酚废水进行预处理的工艺流程,确定了最佳工艺参数。研究结果表明,当还原反应的pH为9~11,反应时间20 min;氧化反应的pH为5.5~6,反应时间为30 min;FeSO4.7H2O加入量为5 kg/t废水时,CODCr去除率为75%~80%,并且处理后出水的色度、苯胺含量有明显改善,可生化性大大提高,十分有利于后续的生化处理。 A technology for pretreatment of Naphthol AS wastewater using Fe^(2+)/Fe^(3+) redox system is described.Experimental tests were conducted to determine the effectiveness and the optimum operating conditions of the technology.A significant decrease in chemical oxygen demand(COD) by(75%)~(80%) was achieved with a dosage of 5 kg FeSO_4.7H_2O per ton wastewater.The corresponding operating conditions include 20 min reduction readion time at pH 9~11 and 30 min oxidation at pH 5.5~6.0.More importantly,the color and aniline were removed in high percentages,and the biodegradability of the effluent was improved significantly,which are beneficial for the post-biological treatment of the effluent.
